1. The promotion is open to all players who can lawfully place real-money wagers on the HotSlots website and are aged 18 years or over (or min. legal age, depending on the region) and only have one account with HotSlots, as per the general terms and conditions found on site.
2. Should HotSlots discover a player with multiple accounts, all winnings will become null and void.
3. This promotion is valid between 10:00 on 17.04.2025 and 23:59 on 19.04.2025 (CEST).
4. To claim the bonus, customers need to go to the Deposit page, select their preferred payment method and tick the relevant offer before making their deposit.
5. Only wagers made on slot games will count towards the wagering of the bonus.
6. Players can claim the Mystery Reload Bonus once per day for up to three days during the promotional period.
7. The bonus percentage, ranging from 50% to 150%, will be randomly assigned each day. The maximum bonus amount available per deposit is €/$200.
8. The promotion can be used 3 times.
9. Max winnings are capped at: €/$400. Any bonus winnings that amount to over €/$400 after wagering has been completed will automatically be forfeited.
10. To claim the bonus, customers need to go to the Deposit page, select their preferred payment method and tick the relevant offer before making their deposit.
11. To complete the wagering requirements of the Reload Bonus, the bonus and deposit amount (total of bonus + deposit) must be wagered 15 times. To see your bonus and how much you need to wager go to “My account” and click on “Bonus balance - details".
12. We offer you an option to forfeit your bonuses. All you need to do is go to “My Account” - located on the right side of the website - and click on “Cancel Bonus”. Please be aware that if you forfeit a bonus before completing any required wagering, the bonus, along with any additional accumulated winnings, will be removed.
13. Crediting may be delayed for up to 48 hours, in the unlikely event of downtime due to technical issues.
