How can I make a withdrawal from my HotSlots account?

As long as you’ve wagered your deposit at least once, you can ask for a withdrawal at any time. Please keep in mind that you must use the same method for withdrawal as you used for your deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is €/$20.

Are there any limits on how much I can withdraw?

The minimum withdrawal is €/$20 (or equivalent). The maximum withdrawal is €/$5,000 (or equivalent) per day.

Can I cancel a withdrawal request?

It may be possible to cancel a withdrawal if it is still pending and has not be processed. Log in, go to ‘My account’, select ‘Pending withdrawals” and click ‘Cancel.’

Why can’t I choose by which method I want to get paid?

Do you charge any withdrawal fees?

The first withdrawal of each week is free of charge. Further withdrawals, in the same week, incur a fixed fee of €/$5 per withdrawal. If funds are withdrawn before they have been wagered at least once, a 5% administration charge (min. €/$10) may be applied.

How long do withdrawals take to process?

Why do withdrawals take longer than deposits?

Before any withdrawal leaves HotSlots we have to apply a number of controls and security checks, and this takes approximately 72 hours. Any further delays will be due to restrictions imposed by the payment providers.

Can I make a withdrawal to someone else’s account?

No. This would be classed as a third-party transaction, and is not permitted under any circumstances.
